Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with the return.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If not reported within this timeframe, a refund or credit may not be issued.
